摘要
在分析近距离煤层采动矿压显现规律和近距离下位煤层巷道支护特点的基础上,利用UDEC数值模拟软件对上位已采煤层及下位回采巷道围岩变形的影响进行数值模拟分析,得出围岩垂直应力、围岩垂直位移的分布特征。根据石槽村煤矿采矿地质条件、数值分析结果,提出了巷道破碎围岩注浆加固技术、优化巷道支护设计等。结合该矿已有支护经验和具体采矿地质条件,设计了1102_209综采面回采巷道围岩控制支护方案,为1102_209工作面的安全回采提供重要保障。
On the basis of analyzing the regularity of mining pressure and the supporting characteristics of the lower seam roadway in the close distance coal seam,this paper uses UDEC numerical simulation software to make numerical simulation analysis the influence of the upper coal seam on the surrounding rock deformation of the lower stopping mining roadway,and the distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock vertical stress and surrounding rock displacement are obtained.The paper combines the mining geological conditions and numerical analysis results of Shicaocun Coal Mine and puts forward the grouting reinforcement technology for broken surrounding rock of roadway,and optimization of roadway support design.And it combines with the existing supporting experience and specific mining geological conditions of the mine,the control support scheme for surrounding rock of 1102209 fully mechanized face mining roadway is designed,which provides an important guarantee for the safe stopping of 1102209 face.
