摘要
在现代科学技术发展的今天,发现问题比解决问题更重要。在煤化工企业,违规操作、人为失误固然是造成事故的重要原因,但对于危险化学品生产、使用和储存等各环节,采用先进的分析方法对整个系统进行分析,找出设计和操作中可能存在的风险并采取相应的措施,就会大大提高工艺过程的安全性。本文以合成车间克劳斯燃烧炉系统为例,分析偏差状态下保护措施是否满足设计要求。
With the development of modern science and technology,it is more important to find problems than to solve them.In coal chemical enterprises,illegal operations and human errors are certainly the important causes of accidents.However,for the production,usage and storage of hazardous chemicals,advanced analytical methods are used to analyze the whole system.Finding out the possible risks in design and operation and taking appropriate measures will greatly improve the safety of the process.Taking the Kraus combustion furnace system in the synthetic workshop as an example,this paper analyzes whether the protection measures meet the design requirements under the deviation state.
