摘要
神华号电力机车在大准线牵引万吨列车,由于牵引质量大,在高速度、高密度运行一定里程后,车轮圆周方向会出现不同程度的剥离,进而出现车轮多边形,引发轮、轨间的剧烈震动,产生较大的滚动噪声,影响乘务员操作舒适性及检修运用成本。针对神华号电力机车轮对踏面异常磨耗问题,通过合理优化控制系统粘着合再生制动程序,改进撒砂控制装置,镟轮时对轴箱下压等措施后的效果比较明显,但并没有得到彻底的解决踏面异常磨耗问题。针对上述分析提出以下建议:盘形制动改装成单元制动器;加装踏面清扫装置;调整轮缘喷油方案;解除"机车速度大于5km/h,制动缸压力大于40kPa牵引封锁"或者放宽约束条件等措施。
Shenhua Electric Locomotive drags ten thousand tons of electric locomotive in Dazhun Line,since the traction quality is in high volume,after operating a certain mileage under the conditions of high speed,high density,wheel circumference direction will appear different degree of detachment which wheel polygonal trigger violent vibration between wheel and the path to produce larger rolling noise,thus affecting the attendants'operation comfort and maintenance cost,aiming at the abnormal abrasion problem of wheel tread in Shenhua Electric Locomotive,by adopting reasonable optimization and control system and regenerative braking procedure,improve the sand control device,the effect of the wheel on the axle box down is more noticeable after using the measures,but not radically solve the problem of tread abnormal abrasion.Following suggestions are put forward on the above analysis:disc shape changed into unit brake;surface cleaning device is installed;the rim injection scheme is adjusted;remove the locomotive speed is greater than 5km/h,brake cylinder pressure is greater than 40 kpa traction blockade or loosening measures.
