无线重联机车制动机补机失电改进优化

摘要 文章介绍了无线重联机车制动机补机失电导致列车管排风的故障,从管路原理及制动控制对故障原因进行了分析,阐述了列车管控制改进方案及失效模式分析。试验验证及运用考核证明,文中提出的改进方案满足设计要求,提高了制动机的安全性、可靠性及可维护性。 This paper introduces the failure of the brake pipe exhausting caused by the power loss of the assisting locomotive vehicle of the wireless reconnection locomotive brake,and analyzes the cause of the fault from the principle of the pipe line and brake control,expounds the improvement scheme and failure mode analysis of the brake pipe control.The test and application showed that the improvement scheme proposed in this paper meet the design requirements,which improves the safety,reliability and maintainability of brake.
