摘要
目的评价中文修订版老年人临终照顾问题态度问卷的信效度。方法对中文版老年人临终照顾问题态度问卷进行修订,并对281例社区老年人进行调查。结果中文修订版老年人临终照顾问题的态度问卷包含27个条目,验证性的因子分析证实中文版老年人临终照顾问题的态度问卷各项拟合指数均达标。总问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.905,8个因子的Cronbach′sα系数为0.811~0.909,问卷的重测信度为0.890,内容效度为0.903。结论中文修订版老年人临终照顾问题的态度问卷有较好的信度和效度,是评价社区老年人临终照顾问题态度的有效工具。
Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Attitudes of Older People to End-of-life Issues (AEOLI) questionnaire in community-dwelling older adults.Methods A convenience sample of 281 community-dwelling older adults in China were recruited to fill out the Chinese version of AEOLI questionnaire.Results The Chinese version of AEOLI questionnaire includes 27 items.Confirmatory Factor Analysis showed excellent construct validity.The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the Chinese version of the AEOLI questionnaire was 0.905,with those of the 8 factors ranging from 0.811 to 0.909.The test-retest reliability was satisfactory (r=0.890),and the overall content validity index was 0.903.Conclusion The Chinese version of AEOLI questionnaire enjoys good reliability and validity,and can be used as a valid tool to investigate community-dwelling older adults′attitudes toward end-of-life issues.
