摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学在儿科教学中使用及与传统教学的教学差异。方法选择我院儿内科系统实习的学生作为研究对象,将其分为对照组(采取传统儿科学教学方法)与研究组(采取情景模拟教学)。对比两组学生考试成绩及老师教学满意度问卷。结果通过对比两组儿科学理论考试及操作考试成绩,结果发现研究组儿科学理论考试及操作考试高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组对教师教学中的上课满意度高于对照组,同时自我学习积极性评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相对于传统儿科学教学方法,情景模拟教学更能够提高学生学习积极性,利于老师和学生课堂上的沟通,同时提高对儿科学知识点的掌握程度。 Objective To analyze the application of situational simulation teaching in pediatric teaching and the differences between traditional teaching and situational simulation teaching.Methods The students of pediatric internship in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(using traditional pediatric teaching methods)and research group(using scenario simulation teaching).The test scores and teachers'teaching satisfaction questionnaires were compared between the two groups.Results By comparing the results of the theoretical and operational examinations of Pediatrics between the two groups,the results showed that the theoretical and operational examinations of Pediatrics in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers in class in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of self-learning enthusiasm were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional pediatric teaching methods,situational simulation teaching can improve students'learning enthusiasm,facilitate the communication between teachers and students in class,and improve the mastery of pediatric knowledge.
