案例教学法对肿瘤内科实习生自学能力的影响

The Effect of Case Teaching Method on Self-learning Ability of Trainee in Internal Medicine-oncology Department

目的探讨案例教学法对肿瘤内科实习生自学能力的影响。方法选取2013级的40名肿瘤内科的实习生为对照组,采用常规教学法。选取2014级的40名肿瘤内科实习生为观察组,采用案例教学法。两组均以《内科学案例集》作为临床肿瘤内科学的教材。比较两组学生出科考试成绩及自学能力、学习兴趣、学习积极性和主动性等学习效果的情况。结果观察组在肿瘤临床表现、治疗方法、案例分析、总成绩的得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组在学习兴趣、自学能力、学习积极性和主动性、抽象知识具体化等方面的提高好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论案例教学法能够增强肿瘤内科实习生对知识点的了解,提高自学能力和学习成绩。

Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method on self-learning ability of trainee in internal medicine-oncology department.Methods 40 trainees in internal medicine-oncology department in grade 2013 were selected as the control group,they were given conventional teaching method.40 trainees in internal medicine-oncology department in grade 2014 were selected as the observation group,and they were given case teaching method.The two group used the case book of internal medicine as the textbook of clinical oncology.The two groups were compared of exam results and learning effects in terms of examination scores,self-learning ability,interest in learning,learning initiative and initiative.Results The scores of clinical manifestation,treatment,case analysis and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of study interest,self-study ability,learning enthusiasm and initiative,abstract knowledge concretization in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method can enhance the understanding of knowledge of trainee in internal medicine-oncology department,improve their self-learning ability and academic achievement.
