目前,麻醉学科已经成为围术期医学里面的关键学科,安全医疗与舒适医疗的主导学科。它既与其他医学专业紧密相连,又有一定的独立性。麻醉学科将多个医学学科的知识集于一体,融会贯通后形成自己别有特色的独立的学科。新形势下的麻醉医生不仅要掌握麻醉专业知识与技能,更要对内外科专业知识以及临床检验、超声影像等知识有全面掌握。在外科高速发展与手术禁区屡被突破的今天,麻醉医生需要掌握更精准的手段,更全面的技能才能适应新形势的要求。因此,作为未来麻醉学科的主力军,麻醉学硕士的培养备受关注。文章针对这种情况,探讨了新形势下麻醉学硕士研究生培养方案和计划的改革方向与内容。

At present,the anesthesiology discipline has become a key discipline in perioperative medicine,a leading discipline of safety medicine and comfortable medicine.It is closely connected with other medical professions and independent of each other.The anesthesiology discipline integrates the knowledge of multiple medical disciplines into one,and forms an independent discipline with its own characteristics.Under the new situation,an excellent anesthesiologist must not only master the knowledge and skills of anesthesia,but also have a thorough understanding of internal and surgical professional knowledge,as well as clinical examination,ultrasound imaging and other knowledge.Today,with the rapid development of surgery and the surgical exclusion zone,anesthesiologists need to master more precise means and more comprehensive skills to adapt to the new situation.As the main force of the future anesthesia discipline,the training of the Master of Anesthesiology has received much attention.In view of this situation,this paper discusses the reform direction and content of the training program and plan for master's degree in anesthesiology under the new situation.
