吡嗪酰胺耐药对初治菌阳肺结核患儿疗效观察

The Effect of Drug Resistance on Children With Newly Diagnosed Bacteriological Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的观察吡嗪酰胺耐药对初治菌阳肺结核患儿疗效观察。方法选取2015年10月10日—2017年10月10日我院收治的初治菌阳肺结核患儿100例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组(吡嗪酰胺敏感患儿)、对照组(吡嗪酰胺耐药患儿),对两组患儿均进行吡嗪酰胺治疗。结果观察组初治菌阳肺结核患儿的痰菌转阴率为80.00%,与对照组痰菌转阴率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.761 9,P <0.05);观察组初治菌阳肺结核患儿的总有效率为94.00%,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组初治菌阳肺结核患儿的病灶吸收率高于对照组病灶吸收率,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对敏感患儿采用吡嗪酰胺治疗后,取得显著效果,能显著提高痰菌转阴率、总有效率以及病灶吸收率。

Objective To observe the effect of drug resistance of pyrazinamide on children with primary positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 100 children with newly-treated bacterium-positive pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from October 10,2015 to October 10,2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(children sensitive to pyrazinamide)and control group(children resistant to pyrazinamide).Both groups were treated with pyrazinamide.Results The negative rate of sputum bacteria in the observation group was 80.00%,which was significantly different from that in the control group(χ2=4.761 9,P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.00%in the observation group,which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The absorption rate of focus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with pyrazinamide in sensitive children,significant effects can be achieved,which can significantly increase the negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria,total efficiency and recovery of lesions.
