分析PDCA在降低门诊西药房药品调剂内差中的作用

Analysis of the Role of PDCA in Reducing the Internal Difference of Drug Dispensing in Out-patient Western Medicine Room

目的观察PDCA运用到降低门诊西药房之中药品调剂内差中的功效。方法记录在2015年1—12月(实施前)、2016年1—12月(实施后)我院运用PDCA前后门诊西药房中药品调剂内差意外的产生情况。对比运用PDCA前、后内差意外的发生率。结果运用PDCA后,内差意外的发生率为0.55%(148/27 132),药品调剂管理质量总分为(84.47±10.37)分,优于运用PDCA前的[1.13%(309/27 248)、(77.24±6.56)分],差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=56.510 3,P=0.000 0;t=97.200 9,P=0.003 3)。结论 PDCA运用到对门诊西药房之中的药品调剂辅以监管后,能够减小西药房之中药品调剂内差意外产生的概率,减小不准确服药与不准确讯息药品运用等而引发的不良反应,值得医学领域的全方位推行与运用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of PDCA in reducing the difference of drug dispensing in outpatient western medicine room.Methods Record the unexpected occurrence of drug dispensing difference in outpatient Western pharmacy before and after the application of PDCA in our hospital from January to December 2015(before implementation)and from December 2016(after implementation).The incidence of internal difference accidents before and after PDCA was compared.Results After using PDCA,the incidence of internal difference accidents was 0.55%(148/27 132),and the total score of drug dispensing management quality was(84.47±10.37)points,which was better than that before using PDCA[1.13%(309/27 248),(77.24±6.56)points].The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=56.510 3,P=0.000 0;t=97.200 9,P=0.003 3).Conclusion The application of WPDCA to the dispensing of drugs in the western medicine dispensary of outpatient clinic and supervision can reduce the probability of the accidental occurrence of the drug dispensing difference in the western medicine room,and reduce the probability of the accident of the drug dispensing in the western medicine room.The adverse reactions caused by small inaccurate medication and inaccurate information drug use are worth carrying out and using in all aspects of medical field.
