Objective To analyze the effect of prenatal care combined with pregnancy care on pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with different characteristics. Methods 86 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the grouping method of random number table, they were divided into control group(n=43,standardized maternity examination<4 times, given routine prenatal examination and nursing guidance)and experimental group(n=43,standardized maternity examination≥4 times, given prenatal examination and pregnancy health care). The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The natural delivery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the cesarean section rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcomes of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia and neonatal malformation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized prenatal examination can predict the potential risks during pregnancy, which is conducive to preventive measures in advance, prevent adverse events, and strengthen the health care during pregnancy can effectively improve maternal and child outcomes.
