个体化舒适护理应用于子宫切除术患者中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Individualized Comfort Nursing in Patients Undergoing Abdominal Hysterectomy

目的分析个体化舒适护理应用于子宫切除术患者中的临床效果观察。方法选择2015年1月—2018年1月本院收治100例子宫切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组50例行常规护理,研究组50例在常规护理基础上,实施个体化舒适护理,比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果研究组护理后SAS与SDS评分均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组切口感染率、恶心呕吐率、腹部感染等并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对子宫切除术患者实施能减少患者焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪、减少患者并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of individualized comfort nursing in patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,100 patients with hysterectomy were enrolled in the hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group received routine care,and 50 patients in the study group were treated with individualized comfort on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication rate,nausea and vomiting rate,abdominal infection and other complications(10.00%)were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with hysterectomy can reduce adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression and reduce complications.
