健康教育对糖尿病患者的管理作用分析

Analysis of the Management Effect of Health Education on Diabetic Patients

目的探究健康教育对糖尿病患者的管理作用。方法选取150例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。对照组采用常规护理,并未实施全面系统的健康教育,观察组实施全面系统的健康教育。结果在戒烟、戒酒知识知晓率、糖尿病基础知识知晓率、日常饮食运动知识知晓率、用药知识知晓率方面,观察组依次为96.0%、97.3%、94.7%、96.0%,对照组依次为86.7%、88.0%、84.0%、85.3%,观察组均高于对照组;干预后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的管理过程中,对其实施全面系统的健康教育,效果显著。

Objective To explore the management effect of health education on diabetic patients.Methods 150 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,but did not carry out comprehensive and systematic health education.The observation group was given comprehensive and systematic health education.Results In the aspect of smoking cessation knowledge,awareness rate of basic knowledge of diabetes,knowledge of daily diet and knowledge,awareness rate of medication knowledge,the observation group was 96.0%,97.3%,94.7%,96.0%,and the control group was 86.7%,88.0%,84.0%,85.3%were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the management of diabetic patients,the implementation of comprehensive and systematic health education has achieved remarkable results.
