循证护理对高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的护理效果

Effectiveness of Evidence-based Nursing in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness With Hyperbaric Oxygen

目的探求循证护理对高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的护理效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年8月到我院进行诊治的突发性耳聋患者80例作为研究对象。依据护理方式不同,将其进行分组。对照组使用常规护理的方式,观察组使用循证护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论循证护理对于高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的病患具有更好的护理效果,有效减少了并发症的发生,提高了护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 80 cases of patients with sudden deafness who came to our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into groups.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group used evidencebased nursing.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidencebased nursing has better nursing effect on the patients with sudden deafness in hyperbaric oxygen therapy,effectively reduces the occurrence of complications and improves the satisfaction of nursing.
