手术护理路径在内镜保胆取石手术中的价值

The Value of Surgical Nursing Pathway in Endoscopic Surgery for Gallbladder Preservation

目的研究手术护理路径在内镜保胆取石手术中的价值。方法选取2016年8月—2018年3月本院收治的行内镜保胆取石术的患者90例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(n=45)、实验组(n=45)。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予实验组患者手术护理路径护理,观察两组患者护理不良事件发生率、并发症发生率及满意度。结果不良事件发生率对比显示,实验组低于对照组;并发症发生率对比显示,实验组低于对照组;满意度评分对比显示,实验组高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术护理路径用于内镜保胆取石在手术中的价值显著,并发症发生率较低,改善患者的预后效果。

Objective To study the value of surgical nursing pathways for endoscopic gallbladder removal in surgery.Methods 90 cases of patients who underwent endoscopic cholelithotripsy from August 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The patients in the experimental group were given surgical nursing pathway nursing.To observe the incidence of adverse nursing events,complications and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Satisfaction comparison showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group.There were significant differences in data between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of the surgical nursing route for endoscopic gallbladder and stone removal is significant in operation.The incidence of complications is low,and the prognosis of patients is improved.
