柔性管理在妇科护理管理中的作用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Flexible Management in Gynecological Nursing Management

目的对妇产科护理管理过程中实施柔性管理模式,对患者所获得的护理作用效果进行研究分析。方法随机选取我院妇科在2016年2月—2018年2月收治的120例孕妇患者作为研究对象。根据患者护理方法不同,将其分为对照组(60例)以及观察组(60例)。对照组患者通过常规方法进行护理,护理人员要严格遵守医院妇科规定的临床护理管理条例,对患者进行护理;观察组患者则以对照组患者的护理模式为基础,外加利用柔性管理模式进行护理。严格比较两组患者获得的护理满意度。结果观察组患者通过柔性管理护理模式进行护理管理,患者对于护理的满意率为98.3%(59/60),对照组的满意率81.7%(49/60),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论柔性管理应用在妇科护理管理,能够提高护理人员的工作质量以及满意度。

Objective To implement a flexible management model in the process of gynecological and obstetric care management,and to study and analyze the effect of the nursing effect obtained by patients.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into 60 cases of control groups and 60 cases of observation groups.The patients in the group were treated by routine methods.The nursing staff should strictly abide by the clinical nursing management regulations prescribed by the hospital for gynecology,and the patients should be treated.The observation group patients were based on the nursing model of the control group,plus the flexible management mode for nursing.Finally,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the flexible management nursing model was 98.3%(59/60)in the observation group and 81.7%(49/60)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible management is applied in gynecological nursing management,which can improve the quality of work and satisfaction of nursing staff.
