优质护理在冠心病患者围手术期中的效果

The Effect of Quality Nursing Care in Perioperative Period of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究分析在冠心病患者围手术期阶段实施优质护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年2—12月在本院治疗的冠心病患者66例作为研究对象。采用电脑随机法,将其分为对照组(33例)与观察组(33例)。在对照组中开展围术期常规护理,在观察组中开展围术期优质护理,比对不同护理方式下的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的生活质量分数高于护理前,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.97%,对照组患者的护理满意度为78.79%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上在冠心病患者的围手术期阶段实施优质护理有利于提升生活质量,增进患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of quality nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 66 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(33 cases).Routine perioperative nursing was carried out in the control group.In the observation group,perioperative quality nursing was carried out.The nursing effect of different nursing methods was compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 96.97%,and that of the patients in the control group was 78.79%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing high quality nursing in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease is beneficial to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
