人文关怀护理对宫颈癌手术患者的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Humanistic Care on Patients Undergoing Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的研究人文关怀护理模式对宫颈癌手术患者的心理状态和康复效果的影响。方法选取我院收治的60例宫颈癌手术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。给予对照组常规护理,给予试验组人文关怀护理模式,比较患者干预后的心理状态评分,并比较干预前后患者身体症状评分。结果干预后,试验组心理状态各项评分优于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者身体症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,试验组评分优于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论人文关怀护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果较好,对改善患者术后心理状态及提升其康复效果有很大帮助,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To study the influence of humanistic care model on the psychological state and rehabilitation effect of cervical cancer patients undergoing operation.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given humanistic care nursing model.The mental state scores of patients after intervention were compared,and the physical symptoms scores of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of psychological state in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the data between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in body symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery has a good effect,which is helpful to improve the psychological state of patients after operation and to improve their rehabilitation effect,and has a high clinical value.
