摘要 针对我国要地近程防护装备不足,拦截手段偏硬拦截,效能难以满足实战要求,高价值目标的防空相对薄弱的现状,提出了一种新型近程主动防护拦截系统——飞网弹近程主动防护拦截系统.它将电子探测技术、拦截网硬杀伤对抗技术、发射控制技术等融合在一起,在距离防护目标20~50m范围内对空中来袭弹药实现有效拦截,避免弹药对防护目标的直接侵彻爆炸破坏,从而提高防护目标的生存概率.通过研究并集成探测、柔性飞网随动发射、飞行展开、诱爆等关键技术与设备,形成由雷达探测系统、飞网拦截单元、随动发射系统和中央控制系统组成的飞网近程主动防护拦截系统,为解决飞网弹拦截单元与空中来袭目标的命中问题,采用计算机统计仿真法进行了系统命中概率计算,结果达到拦截系统指标要求,进而论证了拦截系统的可行性,为后期实验的开展和装备的研发打下基础.飞网弹主动防护拦截系统将为大型固定目标、战场军事目标、重要经济目标等高价值目标提供信息化主动防护的技术与设备,对当前我国南海岛礁设施的主动防护及生存能力提高亦有重大意义. In view of the shortage of near-distance protection equipment in important areas of our country, the interception means are hard to intercept, the effectiveness is difficult to meet the requirement of actual combat, the air defense of high value target is in a relatively weak situation, in this thesis, a new type of near-range active protection interceptor-flying net projectile near-range active protection interception system is proposed. It integrates electronic detection technology, intercepting network hard kill counter technology, launch control technology and so on, and effectively intercepts airborne incoming ammunition within range of protection target 20~50 m, avoids the direct penetrating and destroying of the ammunition to the protection target, thus enhances the survival probability of the protection target. Through the research and integrated detection, flexible flying network with the launch, the key technology and equipment, such as flight unfolding and inducing explosion, form the short range active protection interception system composed of radar detection system, flying net projectile unit, servo launching system and central control system, in order to solve the problem that the interception unit of flying net and the target of aerial attack are hit. The computer statistical simulation method is used to calculate the hit probability of the system, the result reaches the requirement of interception system, and then demonstrates the feasibility of interception system, which lays the foundation for the development of later experiments and the research of equipment. The active protection and interception system of flying net projectile will provide the information active protection technology and equipment for the high value target such as large fixed target, battlefield military target, and important economic target and so on, it has great significance to the active protection and survival ability improvement of the South China Sea island reef facility.
