碳纤维带电热地暖热性能的优化分析

摘要 碳纤维带电热地暖是一种新型室内地暖,而碳纤维带的布置形式直接决定了地暖的耗能情况和用户的舒适度.该文通过改变碳纤维带的布置方式,测试电热装置电热性能.运用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立三维模型,对该电热装置的电热性能进行数值模拟分析,并通过与试验数据的对比,验证有限元模型的准确性.通过改变碳纤维带宽度和间距两个参数,得到不同碳纤维带分布形式,并对其电热性能进行模拟对比分析.结果表明:改变碳纤维带的连接方式,可以有效地改变其电阻,控制电热装置的产热效率;采用50mm宽碳纤维带均匀间隔50mm的布置方式,表面温度分布均匀,采暖效果良好. The electrical heating system utilizing carbon fiber tapes (CFTs) is a new type of in-door heating system. The layout of CFTs directly determines the energy consumption of the electrical heating system and the comfort of users. In this work, the heating performance of the electric heating system was tested by changing the layout of CFTs. A three-dimensional model was built to simulate and analyze the heating system by using the finite element software-ANSYS. By comparing the numerical results with the experimental one, the validity of the numerical model was verified. In further,by changing the two parameters of the width and spacing of CFTs, different layout of CFTs can be obtaind, and the performance of the systems was simulated and compared. The results showed that the connection way of CFTs can effectively change its resistance, such that the heating efficiency of the electric heating system can be controlled. The layout of CFTs,with a width of 50 mm and uniform spacing of 50 mm, can yield a uniform surface temperature distribution and a good hearting performance.
