“一带一路”建设中白马藏族傩舞“池哥昼”文化传承现状及思考

The Current Situation and Thinking on the Cultural Continuity of the Baima Tibetan Exorcising Dance “Chi Ge-zhou” under the “The Belt and Road”

"池哥昼"是一种流传于甘肃文县白马藏族地区的原始祭祀活动,因其文化底蕴深厚而被列入国家非物质文化遗产名录。非遗传承是"一带一路"建设中的通融民心的重要手段,傩舞"池哥昼"文化传承近年来也取得了良好成效,但是田野调查发现"池哥昼"文化传承也存在可胜任的"池哥昼"文化传承人稀缺、"池哥昼"文化存活空间难以扩张"、池哥昼"文化保护与传承进展失衡、当地中小学漠视"池哥昼"文化传承教育等问题,建议尝试调适"池哥昼"文化传承鼓励政策、协调社区推进文化挖掘传承工作、申办旅游节激励文化传承创新、创新当地"池哥昼"文化传承平台、原生态傩舞"池哥昼"艺术进中小学等方面入手,"池哥昼"文化传承问题会逐渐被消解。

"Chi Ge-zhou"is a primitive sacrificial activity spread in the Baima Tibetan area of Wen County,Gansu Province.It is also listed in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List because of its profound cultural heritage.Non-genetic inheritance is an important means of integrating the people in the construction of the“Belt and Road”.The cultural heritage of the“Chi Ge-zhou”dance has also achieved good results in recent years.However,the field investigation revealed that the"Chi Ge-zhou"cultural inheritance also had a limited"Chi Ge-zhou"cultural inheritance,the"Chi Ge-zhou"cultural survival space was difficult to expand,and the"Chi Ge-zhou"cultural protection and inheritance progress was out of balance.Primary school disregards the issues of the"Chi Gezhou"cultural inheritance education and other issues.It is recommended to try to adapt the encouragement policy of"Chi Ge-zhou"culture inheritance,coordinate the community to promote the cultural heritage inheritance,bid for the tourism festival to inspire the cultural heritage and innovate,and innovate the local"Chi Ge-zhou"culture.Inheritance platform,the original eco-dance"Chi Ge-zhou"bring in primary and secondary schools and other aspects to start,the cultural inheritance problem of"Chi Ge-zhou"will be gradually solved.
