摘要
采用SBR法考察四环素浓度为(20~50) mg/L的废水对活性污泥对COD降解能力和沉降性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着四环素浓度的增加,COD去除率逐渐降低。第一反应周期,COD去除率保持在90%以上,活性污泥对抗四环素冲击负荷有适应能力。6个反应周期后,活性污泥对COD去除率最低降至66. 0%,MLSS明显降低,菌胶团松散,污泥变得细碎,不易沉降,四环素对活性污泥有明显的毒害作用。
Using SBR process,the paper investigates the effect of tetracycline with concentration(20-50)mg/L in wastewater on the performance of active sludge,which is used to degrade COD.The experimental results show that the COD removal rate decrease when the concentration of tetracycline increase.At the end of first period,the COD removal rate has kept over 90%,and the activated sludge has adaptability for shock load.At the end of sixth period,the least COD removal rate is obtained as 66%,and MLSS reduce obviously.The sludge sedimentation is worse with the sludge floc become loose and to be fine slit.It shows that the activated sludge is suppressed by tetracycline.
