对晚期肿瘤患者实施多学科护理团队安宁疗护研究

Effect of a multidisciplinary nursing-team-based approach in providing hospice care for patients with advanced cancer

目的探讨多学科护理团队对晚期肿瘤患者实施安宁疗护的效果。方法将82例进入安宁疗护期的晚期肿瘤患者按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组和干预组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上,由多学科护理团队实施安宁疗护。连续干预2周后使用McGill生存质量量表(MQOL)、临终护理质量评价量表评价干预前后患者生存质量的改善情况及临终阶段的护理质量。结果干预后两组生存质量及临终护理质量得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P <0. 01)。结论多学科护理团队对肿瘤患者实施安宁疗护,可有效改善患者及家属的生存质量,提升临终护理服务质量。

Objective To study the effect of a multidisciplinary nursing-team-based approach in providing hospice care for patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with advanced cancer who were to received hospice care were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine palliative care,while the intervention group was additionally supported by a multidisciplinary nursing team.Two weeks later,McGill Quality of Life Questionnaire (MQOL) and Hospice Care Quality Assessment Scale were used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life and the quality of end of life care before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the total scores and dimension scores of quality of life,and the quality scores of end of life care had significant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The multidisciplinary nursing-team-based approach in providing palliative care for patients with advanced cancer could enhance patients′and family′s quality of life,and therefore improve the quality of hospice care.
