野战无光照环境下静脉穿刺辅助装置的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨野战无光照环境下静脉穿刺辅助装置的研制与应用效果。方法将429例需要静脉治疗的患者随机分为观察组215例和对照组214例,对照组在手电筒光照下采用肉眼观察方法常规穿刺,观察组采用无光照环境下静脉穿刺辅助装置穿刺,比较两组一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及不良反应发生率。结果两组一次穿刺成功率、穿刺时间及不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05,P <0. 01)。结论静脉穿刺辅助装置能提高无光照环境下的静脉穿刺成功率,适用于各种环境下的军事救援行动。 Objective To explore the effect of utilizing a venipuncture assisted device to quickly establish venous access in the dark in combat missions. Methods A total of 429 soldier patients in need of venipuncture in the dark for intravenous infusion therapy were randomized into an intervention group of 215,who received venipuncture aided by a venipuncture assisted device,and a control group of 214,who received venipuncture aided with torch light. The first-attempt success rate,the time spent on venipuncture,and the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups,were compared. Results The above-mentioned indicators had significant differences between the two groups( P <0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The venipuncture assisted device can effectively improve the success rate of venous puncture in the dark,which enables its use in military rescue missions under various environments.
