护士主导的ICU谵妄预防实践方案的初步构建 被引量：10

摘要 目的构建护士主导的ICU谵妄预防实践方案,明确护士在ICU谵妄管理中的作用,为临床护士参与ICU谵妄管理提供建议。方法以循证的方法检索最佳实践证据、临床指南、原始文献,然后筛选文献,并根据JBI循证保健中心文献质量评价标准(2016)与Johns Hopkins文献质量评价方法对文献进行质量评价,经总结证据后,采用JBI证据预分级及证据推荐级别系统(2014版)对证据进行评价,拟定方案初稿,然后采用德尔菲法将其本土化。结果所构建的方案包括4个Ⅰ级条目,12个Ⅱ级条目,36个Ⅲ级条目。结论基于循证护理方法学与德尔菲法构建的护士主导的ICU谵妄预防实践方案,可为临床护理实践提供参考。
