基于乡村振兴战略背景下的金融支持农村产业融合发展效率研究——以云南为例

The Efficiency of Financial Support for Rural Industry Integration Based on the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy: Taking Yunnan as an Example

乡村振兴战略的提出,对重构农村经济增长具有重要意义,其中以农村产业融合发展为代表的农村产业异军突起。本文通过对云南省乡村振兴战略的梳理,采用实证分析方法量化分析乡村振兴战略背景下的金融支持云南农村产业融合发展效率问题,实证结果表明云南省应注重"政府+金融机构+农户"三位一体模式的联动运作。政府应加大财政支出比重,优化财政支出结构,提高农村金融市场金融机构的参与度,创新云南农村金融支持产品,增加农业保险险种,同时农户自身应注重内生动力培养,优化资产配置。

The proposal of rural revitalization strategy is of great significance for reconstructing rural economic growth.Among them,the rural industry represented by the integration and development of rural industries is extremely prominent.Through the combing of the rural revitalization strategy of Yunnan Province,this paper uses empirical analysis to quantitatively analyze the efficiency of financial support for rural industrial integration under the background of rural revitalization strategy.It is found that Yunnan Province should pay attention to the “Government + Financial Institution + Farmers” Trinity model.The government should increase the proportion of fiscal expenditures and optimize the structure of fiscal expenditures.Financial institutions need to further improve the availability of agricultural loans and increase the types of agricultural insurance.At the same time,farmers should pay attention to endogenous motivation and optimize asset allocation.
