微信公众号用户流失影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以S-O-R(刺激-有机体-行为)模型为基础,构建微信公众号用户流失影响因素的研究模型。基于量表问卷收集数据,应用SPSS23.0进行相关和回归分析,验模型假设。研究结果表明假设模型对于微信公众号用户流失因素研究有很好的适用性。
