金水平喘膏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期炎症介质的影响

The Effect of Jinshui Pingchuan Ointment on Inflammatory Mediators in the Remission Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探究金水平喘膏对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmo-nary disease,COPD)缓解期炎症介质的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2017年1月笔者所在科收治的慢性阻塞性肺病患者80例为研究对象,根据数字随机方式将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予金水平喘膏治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、肺功能改善和炎症介质变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,治疗后的肺功能和炎症介质显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金水平喘膏可显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病缓解期情况,能有效改善患者的肺功能,同时降低体内炎症介质水平,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jinshui Pingchuan Ointment on inflammatory mediators in the remission period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:From January 2014 to January 2017,80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our department as the research object,according to the digital random,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,based on this,the observation group was given Jinshui Pingchuan Ointment.Compared two groups of improvement of lung function and inflammatory medium change.Result:The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the lung function and inflammatory mediators after treatment were significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshui Pingchuan Ointment can significantly improve the disease remission period of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,effectively improve the lung function of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in the body,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
