补肾保胎助孕汤治疗肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Bushen Baotai Zhuyun Decoction in Kidney-deficiency Vaginal Bleeding and Threatened Abortion

目的:探究肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安进行补肾保胎助孕汤治疗的临床效果。方法:临床选择2016年4月-2018年2月在笔者所在医院住院的肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安患者74例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=23)、对照2组(n=26),全部患者均进行黄体酮治疗,对照2组单用黄体酮治疗,观察组在其基础上应用补肾保胎助孕汤治疗,对照组在其基础上进行滋肾育胎丸治疗。三组均治疗2周,比较三组的临床效果,以及治疗前后的血清孕酮(P)水平和血清性激素β-hCG水平。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为78.2%,明显高于对照组的48.0%、对照2组的46.2%(P<0.05)。治疗前三组的P、β-hCG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组各指标水平均优于对照组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肾虚型胎漏和胎动不安进行补肾保胎助孕汤治疗,临床效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Baotai Zhuyun Decoction in kidney-deficiency vaginal bleeding and threatened abortion.Method:A total of 74 patients with kidney-deficiency vaginal bleeding and threatened abortion of taking the progesterone from April 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the randomized controlled method,the subjects were assigned to control group(25 cases),observation group(23 cases)and control group 2(26 cases).All patients were treated with progesterone,the control group 2 was treated with progesterone alone.On this basis,the observation group took the Bushen Baotai Zhuyun Decoction;the control group took the Zishen Yutai Pills.The therapeutic effect after 2 weeks of treatment,and progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)levels before and after treatment were compared.Result:The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 78.2%,higher than 48.0%in the control group and 46.2%in the control group 2 respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in P andβ-hCG levels among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of each index in the observation group were better than those in the control group and the control group 2 respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Bushen Baotai Zhuyun Decoction has an obvious effect in kidney-deficiency vaginal bleeding and threatened abortion.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
