环形外固定架辅助骨搬运术治疗创伤性胫骨长段骨缺损的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究环形外固定架辅助骨搬运术治疗创伤性胫骨长段骨缺损的临床效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院收治的27例创伤性胫骨长段骨缺损患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施骨搬运手术且额外给予环形外固定架进行辅助治疗,观察患者的临床手术一般情况,术后利用Paley评级法对患肢恢复状况进行评价。结果:所有患者均正常接受随访,随访时间12~24个月,平均(17.56±5.67)个月;所有患者创面全部为Ⅰ期愈合。随访期间虽有3例患者出现针道Ⅰ级感染,但均及时给予对症治疗,感染均被有效控制并无复发现象。利用Paley分级对患者进行评级,优良率为88.89%。结论:环形外固定架辅助骨搬运术治疗创伤性胫骨长段骨缺损,不仅手术效果显著,而且术后并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of an annular external fixator assisted bone transport in the treatment of traumatic long bone defects of tibia.Method:Twenty-seven patients with long-term traumatic tibial defects admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected as study subjects.All patients underwent bone-transport operation and additional annular external fixator was used for adjuvant therapy.The general condition of the patients’clinical surgery and postoperative use of Paley’s rating method to evaluate the recovery status of the affected limb.Result:All the patients were followed up normally.The follow-up time ranged from 12 to 24 months,with an average of(17.56±5.67)months.All wounds were healed on the stageⅠ.Although there were 3 cases of needle-gradeⅠinfection during the follow-up period,symptomatic treatment was promptly given so that the infection was effectively controlled and there was no recurrence.Patients were rated using the Paley classification and the results showed a good rate of 88.89%.Conclusion:The annular external fixator assisted bone transport in the treatment of long bone defects of the patella is not only effective,but also has less postoperative complications and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
