肿瘤化疗患者应用PICC导管与静脉留置针的对比分析

A Comparative Analysis of PICC Catheter and Venous Indwelling Needle in Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨分析肿瘤化疗患者应用PICC导管与静脉留置针的对比效果。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年4月接受治疗的60例肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为两组,对照组(n=30)实施静脉留置针,观察组(n=30)实施PICC导管,比较两组患者并发症发生率、静脉炎发生情况及疼痛评分的情况。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率为13.3%,对照组为33.3%;观察组患者静脉炎发生率为10.0%,对照组为23.3%,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中具有积极作用,比静脉留置针效果更佳,不仅可以缓解患者的疼痛感,还可以降低患者并发症发生率,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the contrast between the application of PICC catheter and intravenous indwelling needle in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Method:Sixty patients undergoing tumor chemotherapy from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=30)used intravenous catheter placement,and observation group(n=30)used PITC catheter.Patient complications,incidence of phlebitis,and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.3%,the control group was 33.3%,the incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was 10.0%,and the control group was 23.3%,the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain incidence of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PICC catheter plays an active role in cancer chemotherapy patients,which is better than venous indwelling needle.It can not only relieve the patients’pain,but also reduce the occurrence of patient complications.It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
