腹针为主治疗颈椎病的临床研究进展

Advances of abdominal acupuncture for cervical spondylosis

颈椎病又称颈椎综合征,是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称,是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。通过检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,收集近年来腹针为主治疗颈椎病的临床研究报道,并进行归纳分析。总结出颈椎病的治疗方法主要以保守治疗为主,手术治疗为辅,但手术治疗比较容易复发,而腹针为主治疗颈椎病取穴特点是以腹部腧穴为主,有"简便验廉安"等特色,腹针为主作为一种新疗法值得进一步推广与应用。

Cervical spondylosis, also called cervical vertebrae syndrome, is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes, including cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical nerve root syndrome and cervical disc prolapse.According to research in CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database, clinical literatures on abdominal acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis in recent years were collected, analyzed and summarized.Results showed that conservative treatment was mainly applied and operation was supplemented, but it was usually subject to reoccurrence.Abdominal acupuncture for cervical spondylosis is applied with abdominal acupoints, with the advantages of simplicity, convenience, efficiency, cheapness, safety, etc.As a new therapy, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
