《山祭》是王蓬的第一部长篇小说。他通过细致的观察并结合亲身经历,书写了从"社教"运动到改革开放观音山村民的悲苦命运。作者深深地认识到在政治运动面前山民们对人生掌控的无意识与无力感。于是,他用准确、精练的语言记述了人物命运在政治裹挟中的突变,将深刻的悲剧性融入作品中。小说主要在与观音山人性美的对照中凸显悲剧性,在社会运动中深化悲剧性,用强烈的悲剧感打动读者、鼓舞读者、启迪读者。

The Mountain Sacrifice is Wang Peng’s first novel. He writes the tragic fate of the Guanyin Mountain villagers from socialistic education movement to reform and opening by careful observation and personal experience. The author is deeply aware of the unconscious and powerlessness of the villagers controlling of life in the face of the political movement. So,he describes the sudden changes of characters’fate in the political process and integrates profound tragic into the works with precise and concise language.
