The banknote,Daming Baochao, has always competed with copper and silver in the market from its birth to its final exit from the market. The government has passed laws and regulations such as the“Silver ban”and“Cancellation of Copper Money”to protect the legal status of the banknotes. However, the private market is banned and people are more willing to accept the metal currency. The reason for this is that there is a lot to do with the currency value of South Korea’s currency because of spamming, unprepared funds, and unrestricted recycling channels. However, the custom of using the metal currency as a common practice among people encourages the banknotes to always be at a disadvantage in the market competition. Therefore, the dispute between the banknotes and the copper and silver,in fact, implies the game between the government and the market.
