摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在鉴别小儿肺炎感染类型中的诊断价值。方法选取90例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按肺炎感染类型分为细菌性肺炎组(n=30)、病毒性肺炎组(n=30)、支原体肺炎组(n=30)。并根据病情严重程度分为危重组(n=17)、中轻度组(n=40)、重度组(n=33)。选择同期选取健康体检小儿30名作为对照组。比较细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组和支原体肺炎组及对照组CRP检测阳性率、CRP水平;比较中轻度组、重度组、危重组患儿的CRP水平。结果对照组CRP检测阳性率、CRP水平低于细菌性肺炎组、病毒性肺炎组、支原体肺炎组(P <0. 05);细菌性肺炎组CRP水平、CRP检测阳性率高于病毒性肺炎组、支原体肺炎组(P <0. 05);危重组患儿CRP水平高于重度组,而重度组高于中轻度组(P <0. 05)。结论 CRP检测在小儿肺炎感染类型鉴别中的诊断价值显著。 Objective To investigate the value of C-reactive protein (CRP) detection in the differential diagnosis of infantile pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 pneumonia patients were selected as research subjects,and were divided into bacterial pneumonia group (n=30),viral pneumonia group (n=30),mycoplasma pneumonia group (n=30) according to types of pneumonia infection,and were divided into risk group(n=17),moderate and mild group (n=40),and severe group (n=33) according to the severity of disease.Thirty healthy children were selected as control group.The positive rate of CRP and the level of CRP in the bacterial pneumonia group,the viral pneumonia group and the mycoplasma pneumonia group and the control group were compared.The CRP levels in the moderate and mild group,the severe group and the risk group were compared.Results The positive rate of CRP and CRP level in the control group were lower than that of bacterial pneumonia group,the viral pneumonia group and the mycoplasma pneumonia group (P<0.05),and were higher in bacterial pneumonia group than viral pneumonia group,mycoplasma pneumonia group (P<0.05):the level of CRP in risk group was higher than that of severe group,and severe group was higher than mild and moderate group (P<0.05).Conclusion The value of CRP detection in the diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia infection is of great significance.
