结核性腹膜炎临床应用优质护理服务的效果分析

Effect of high quality nursing in tuberculous peritonitis

目的探讨结核性腹膜炎患者的临床护理中采取优质护理服务的应用价值。方法选取2017年1—6月收治以结核性腹膜炎为诊断的患者74例为对照组,采取常规护理干预措施;选取2017年7—12月收治的75例结核性腹膜炎患者为优质组,实行优质护理服务。记录2组患者临床治疗效果、平均住院时间、护理满意度评分、治疗依从性。随访3个月后,调查复发率与生活质量。结果优质组临床总有效率为94. 67%,对照组为72. 43%,优质组患者住院时间及并发症发生率少于对照组,且护理满意度及依从性良好率高于对照组; 3个月随访期后2组患者的生活质量均有所改善,且优质组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在结核性腹膜炎患者的临床护理中采取优质护理服务,可提高患者对治疗的依从性,提高临床治疗效果,缩短平均住院时间,提高护理满意度和治疗后生活质量。

Objective To observe the value of high quality nursing in tuberculous peritonitis.Methods A total of 74 patients with tuberculous peritonitis from January to June 2017 were treated in our hospital as control group,given routine nursing intervention,and 75 tuberculous peritonitis patients in our hospital from July to December 2017 were as quality group,given quality nursing service.The clinical treatment effect,average hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction score,treatment compliance were recorded,and recurrence rate and quality of life of two groups were investigated after 3-month follow up.Results The total effective rate was 94.67% in the high quality group and 72.43% in the control group.The hospitalization time and complication rate of the high quality group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate and compliance rate were significantly higher than those of the control group.The quality of life of the two groups were improved after 3-month follow-up,and the quality group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can obviously improve the patients'compliance to treatment,improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the average hospitalization time,improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life after treatment in tuberculous peritonitis.
