系统化护理在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折中的应用

Application of systematic nursing in the treatment of long tubal bone fracture of limbs with external fixation

目的探讨系统化护理在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折中的应用效果。方法选取150例采用骨外固定支架治疗的四肢长管状骨骨折患者,根据护理方法的不同分为2组,对照组70例患者仅接受常规护理,观察组80例患者则接受系统化护理干预,对比2组效果。结果观察组护理后的状态管理、行为管理以及心理活动评分显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,护理满意评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论系统化护理干预应用于骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折患者中临床效果显著,住院时间短,护理满意度高。

Objective To analyze effect of systematic nursing in the treatment of long tubal bone fracture of limbs with external fixation.Methods A total of 150 patients treated with external fixation for long tubal bone fracture of limbs were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Patients in the control group(n=70) only received routine nursing,and those in the observation group(n=80) received systematic nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The status management,behavior management and psychological activity scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the length of stay was shorter,and the nursing satisfaction scores was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention applied in long tubular bone fracture of extremities with external fixation has significant efficacy,shorter hospital stay,and higher nursing satisfaction.
