泌尿外科手术患者围术期综合护理干预

Perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with urinary surgery

目的探讨围术期综合护理对泌尿外科手术患者术后疼痛与睡眠质量的影响。方法选择本院泌尿外科手术患者150例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各75例。对照组采取常规围术期护理干预,研究组在此基础上应用围术期综合护理措施。观察对比2组术前与术后24、48 h时的疼痛程度,干预前与干预后的睡眠质量,镇痛药物平均使用频次与每夜平均睡眠时间。结果研究组术后24、48 h时视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组干预后匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组镇痛药物平均使用频次显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),每夜平均睡眠时间显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论围术期综合护理可以有效改善泌尿外科手术患者的术后疼痛感,保障睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients undergoing urological surgery.Methods A total of 150 urinary surgery patients in our hospital were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the study group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain degree before operation and 24,48 h after operation,sleep quality,average frequency of analgesic drug use and average sleep time per night before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score at 24,48 h in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The average frequency of analgesic drugs in the study group was lower (P<0.05),and the average sleep time per night was longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the postoperative pain,and ensure the quality of sleep.
