Taking the Computer Application Specialty as an example,the paper elaborates on the advantages and problems about “3+2 Segmentation” talent cultivation mode based on the connection between secondary and higher vocational education.It puts forward a talent cultivation scheme which is closely connected in the aspects of talent cultivation objectives,professional courses system and talent management.Through the exploration and practice of our team for many years,this scheme has made great achievements.
