Current Situation and Development Trend of TVET in Armenia

近年来,亚美尼亚逐步重视发展职业教育与培训,出台了一系列关于发展职业技术教育与培训的政策,并注重做好与欧盟职业教育的融通与衔接.随着产业结构的调整,亚美尼亚服务业部门发展加快,对专业性人才培养的规模、质量和技能匹配程度等提出更高的要求,因此需要创建一个更加具有竞争力的教育体系,规范并形成有序的劳动力市场结构,加强资格框架和质量保障体系的实施应用,制定顺应国家长期发展战略的政策措施.

In recent years,Armenia has gradually attached importance to the development of vocational education and training.It issued a series of policies on the development of vocational and technical education and training,and paid attention to integrating and connecting with EU vocational education.With the adjustment of industrial structure,the development of Armenia's service sector has accelerated.It needs to develop the scale,quality and skill matching of professional talent training.Therefore,it is necessary to create a more competitive education system,standardize and form an orderly labor market structure.Besides,the qualification framework and the implementation and application of quality assurance system need to be strengthened.Policy measures that are responsive to the country's long-term development strategy should be formulated.
