蠲痹煎治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Juanbi Decoction

目的探讨中药复方蠲痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年5月至2017年5月于抚顺市中医院风湿科科住院接受治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者60例,通过随机信封法对试验组与对照组进行分组,其中对照组30例,应用双氯芬酸钠50 mg日两次口服口,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用蠲痹煎口服方案,观察两组患者治疗前后有效率情况。结果试验组临床有效率优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者口服蠲痹煎治疗可有效缓解关节痛、肿胀等症状,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Chinese medicine Juanbi Decoction in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017 in 60 rheumatoid arthritis patients hospitalized in the Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Koko cases by random envelope method of test group and control group were divided into two groups,including 30 cases of the control group,diclofenac sodium 50mg two times a day,30 cases in the experiment group,the application of Juanbi Decoction oral solution in on the basis of the control group,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment with efficiency.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with rheumatoid arthritis Juanbi Decoction oral treatment can relieve joint pain,swelling and other symptoms,excellent clinical efficacy,is worthy of promotion.
