管理者对大型综合医院门诊大楼合理布局的探讨

Exploration of a Reasonable Layout of the Outpatient Department Building from the Administrators’ Perspective

科学、合理的建筑功能布局,使门诊体系实现高效、有序地运转;相关联的科室和部门布局在相近相邻的位置,能减少患者的长距离流动,可以比较少地占用门诊有限的空间资源;合理的布局和设置也是流程的最优化,可以有效地提高效率。功能布局合理、人性化的设计、高度信息化建设是现代医疗体系的重要表现,同时患者的就医体验感受好。本文三年内分别对4. 3万和9万平米的两院区门诊合理布局进行了探讨,分别就科学合理布局各科室和部门需关注的几个点、科学合理布局需遵循的几个原则进行了探讨,期望为同行未来门诊的合理布局提供参考。

The scientific and reasonable layout of a building plays a significant role in the efficient and orderly operation of the outpatient department.To improve the efficiency and make the best use of already limited space in the outpatient department,we have arranged closely related departments in adjacent places to optimize the treatment process in our department and this arrangement reduces unnecessary long distance movement of the patients.Reasonable function distribution,humanized design and highly informationized construction of outpatient department are an important manifestation of modern medical system and measures mentioned above could give patients better experience in our department.In the last three years,the authors have explored ways of planning reasonable layouts of the outpatient departments in two campuses of the hospital.In this process,key points and principles for the reasonable layout of different departments have been focused and discussed.
