Exploration and Practice of Hospital Library’s Cultivation of Humanistic Literacy of Medical Staff in the We Media Era

目的了解多元媒体条件下,不同医护职工阅读习惯、阅读偏好、阅读渠道以及对人文资源的阅读兴趣,探索培育图书馆医护职工文化素养的方法与手段。方法在线调查三甲医院医护职工。对当前医护职工应用多元媒体人文阅读情况进行统计分析。结果 82. 35%的职工对阅读较感兴趣,37. 00%的职工喜欢在图书馆阅读,31. 37%医护职工首选网上浏览下载获取人文读物,37. 00%医护职工最希望图书馆自媒体推送人文阅读,45. 00%的医护职工首选手机进行人文阅读。结论图书馆应充分挖掘利用馆藏资源优势,多媒体技术优势,正面引领和培育医护职工思想政治素质和人文素质。

Objective To understand the reading habits,preferences,channels,reading interests in humanistic resources of medical staff in the We Media era,and explore ways of cultivating the cultural literacy of medical staff.Methods Making online survey of medical staff in class A tertiary hospitals and performing a statistical analysis of multimedia humanities reading in medical staff.Results 82.35% of the staff are interested in reading with 37% of them preferring reading in the library,31.37% browsing and downloading humanities books online,37% wanting the library to promote humanities reading from the We-Media,and 45% preferring humanities reading via mobile phones.Conclusion Libraries should fully exploit and utilize the advantages of Library resources,multimedia technique,and positively guide and cultivate the ideological,political and humanistic quality of medical staff.
