Study on the Correlation between the Distribution of Blood Types ABO and Coronary Disease

目的探讨本地区ABO血型与冠心病的相关性。方法选择本院2011年1月1日—2015年1月1日收治的经冠脉造影明确诊断为冠心病且病历资料完整住院患者1534例为冠心病组。随机选择同期在本院体检中心体检的正常人1534例为对照组。分别测定两组ABO血型、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP等生化指标。运用Logistic回归分析统计ABO血型与冠心病相关性。结果冠心病组吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病、冠心病家族史所占比例以及BMI、TG、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。Logisctic回归分析结果显示,ABO血型与冠心病发生相关,同O血型比较,A、B血型患者发生冠心病的风险增加(OR=1. 641、2. 136,P <0. 05)。冠心病危险因素如BMI、吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病史和TG、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平等因素,仍显示A血型患者发生冠心病的风险高于O血型患者(OR=1. 484,P <0. 05)。结论 ABO血型与冠心病的发生存在相关性,A血型患者发生冠心病的风险高于O血型患者。

Objective To explore the correlation between the distribution of blood types ABO and coronary disease in this area.Methods 1534 patients diagnosed as coronary disease by coronary angiography were selected as coronary disease group and 1534 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Blood types ABO,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,hs-CRP and other biochemical indicators were measured.Analyze the correlation between the distribution of Blood types ABO and coronary disease by logistic regression analysis.Results The proportion of smoking,drinking,diabetes mellitus,family history of coronary heart disease in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group and BMI,TG,hs-CRP levels in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);HDL-C levels were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Logisctic regression analysis showed that blood type ABO was associated with coronary disease.Compared with blood type O,patients with blood type A and B have a higher risk of coronary disease(OR=1.641,2.136,P<0.05).After correcting risk factors for coronary disease,such as BMI,smoking,alcohol consumption,diabetes history and TG,HDL-C,hs-CRP levels,patients with blood type A have a higher risk of coronary disease(OR=1.484,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the distribution of blood types ABO and coronary disease.The risk of coronary disease in patients with blood type A is higher than O blood type.
