基于系统动力学的资源型城市经济转型研究——以淮南市为例

Research on economic transformation of resource-based cities based on system dynamics

资源型城市由于其主导产业是矿产资源的开发,而有限的资源开发带来诸如资源枯竭、环境污染等一系列问题,且以矿产资源开发为主导产业的资源型城市存在着环境、运作机制和结构的不稳定性。在阐述资源型城市淮南转型面临的问题基础上,运用系统动力学理论和方法,利用城市转型系统内部产业的相互关系,建立城市经济转型模型,对其产业演进进行仿真和实证分析,进而有针对性地提出淮南市经济转型的对策建议。

The leading industry of resource-based cities is the exploitation of mineral resources.Limited resources development brings a series of problems,such as resource depletion,environmental pollution and so on.The resourcebased cities with mineral resources development as the leading industry have the instability of environment,operation mechanism and structure.In the context of the structural reform of the supply side.This article,based on the problems faced by the transformation of the resource-based city of Huainan,uses the theory and method of system dynamics to establish the model of urban economic transformation by using the relationship between the internal industry in the urban transformation system,and carries out a simulation and empirical analysis of its industrial evolution,and then put forwards the countermeasures and suggestions for Huainan's economic transformation.
