高校研究生党支部组织力提升路径研究

Research on the Path to Improve the Organizational Power of Graduate Students in Colleges and Universities

党的十九大提出,提升基层党组织的组织力,突出政治功能,是加强基层党组织建设的一项重要任务,是解决一些党组织弱化、虚化、边缘化的迫切需要。党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础,而高校研究生群体是我国建设国家创新体系和夺取世界知识经济制高点的重要支撑力量,因此,如何提升高校研究生党支部组织力,发挥其战斗堡垒作用,带动研究生群体投身国家社会主义现代化建设,是新时代高校必须要研究解决的课题。针对研究生党支部组织力建设存在的具体问题,从政治建设、制度建设、支部设置、骨干配备、工作创新等几个方面着手,探索了提升高校研究生党支部组织力的方法路径。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that improving the organizational power of grassroots party organizations and highlighting political functions is an important task for strengthening the building of grassroots party organizations and is an urgent need to resolve the weakening,blurring and marginalization of some party organizations.The party's grassroots organization is the basis for ensuring the implementation of the party's line,principles,policies,and decision-making departments.The university graduate student group is an important supporting force for China's construction of the national innovation system and the acquisition of the world's knowledge base.Therefore,how to improve the organizational strength of the university graduate party branch is the problem for colleges and universities to solve in the new era by exerting their role as a battle fortress and driving the graduate students to join the national socialist modernization drive.This paper aims at the specific problems in the construction of the postgraduate branch organization,from political construction,system construction,branch setup,backbone equipment,and work innovation.
