环氧砂浆粘合剂加固混凝土梁试验研究

摘要 为研究环氧砂浆粘合剂加固钢筋混凝土梁的力学性能,考虑到环氧砂浆厚度的影响,设计制作了三根梁,梁底分别浇筑0mm、50mm和100mm厚的环氧砂浆,并对其进行单调荷载试验,观测记录了各个试件混凝土开裂及环氧砂浆脱离情况。研究结果表明:两根加固试验梁的极限承载力有所提高,极限承载力所对应的位移明显减小;抗弯刚度随环氧砂浆厚度的增加而增加,应变中和轴受下部环氧砂浆的影响,向上有一定量的平移。采用ABAQUS有限元软件和理论计算对试验试件进行验证,结果均与试验值吻合。 In order to study the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with epoxy mortar adhesives,three beams were designed and casted with 0mm,50mm and 100mm thick epoxy mortar at the bottom,respectively,considering the influence of epoxy mortar thickness.The monotonic loading test is carried out,the cracking of concrete and the separating of epoxy mortar are observed and recorded.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the two strengthened concrete beams is improved and its corresponding displacement is obviously reduced.The flexural stiffness of strengthened RC beams is increased with the increase of the thickness of epoxy mortar,the strain neutral axis has a certain amount of translation affected by the lower part of the epoxy mortar.The experimental results were verified by ABAQUS finite element analysis and theoretical calculation.The results obtained were in good agreement with the experimental values.
