Professional Competence Demands of English Talents in Automotive Logistics Industry and Advice——A Case Study of Automotive Logistics Enterprises in Changchun

中国作为世界上最大的消费市场,受到了各国汽车品牌的关注和抢滩。这种国际化趋势要求汽车物流人才要与国际接轨,具备英语的听说读写译技能。通过对长春地区汽车物流企业的调研,分析出汽车物流企业对英语人才职业能力的需求,以及业内英语人才的现状及瓶颈。根据调查结果,从高校课程设置、师资力量、企业培训等方面,提出相关改善建议。

As the biggest consuming market in the world,car companies in different countries have had attached great importance on China.This trend requires that talents in automotive logistics industry should keep up with the international standards and have basic English communication skills.Based on author’s 4-year experience in a famous automotive logistics company,this thesis did a survey of related companies in Changchun,and analyzed the competence demands of English talents and the status quo.On the basis of the survey results,this thesis suggested that improvement should be made from the perspectives of curriculum design,teacher’s qualification,and enterprise training.
