摘要
收集了浙江省高职院校图书馆社会化服务典型案例,对其社会化服务策略进行归类分析,提炼出传统文献知识服务、文献信息技术服务、行业科技信息服务与馆际合作服务等社会化服务形式,明确社会化服务的用户对象,并将服务策略进一步归纳为公众版信息知识服务、大众型信息技术服务、综合行业科技信息服务、馆际合作服务四大类,这对于高职图书馆的社会化服务具有指导性意义。
Typical cases of the socialization service in Zhejiang higher vocational libraries are collected,and the socialization service strategies are classified and analyzed.Then,the traditional literature knowledge service,literature information technique service,industry technology information service and inter-library cooperation service are concluded.The users of socialization service are determined,the service strategies are further summarized as public version of information knowledge service,public information technology service,comprehensive industry technology information service,inter-library cooperation service,which has guiding significance for socialization service in the higher vocational libraries.
