摘要
从人才培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍及实训实习四个维度,对高职院校和应用型本科院校进行对比研究中发现,高职院校比本科院校在人才培养目标上更具职业性,课程设置更具有实用性,实训实习中校企合作更密切,但师资队伍中教师学历水平较低。高职院校的发展出路在于确定明晰化的人才培养目标、建构科学化的课程设置、建设高水平的教师梯队和打造高效化的实训实习基地。
By comparing higher vocational colleges and applied universities from four aspects in regards to talents development mode:objectives of talents development,curriculum structuring,teaching staff as well as practical training and internship,the study found that compared to applied universities,higher vocational colleges have the following characteristics:(1)talents development objectives are more vocation-oriented;(2)curricula are more practical;(3)school-enterprise cooperation have higher quality;(4)the educational level of teachers are lower.Based on these findings,this study proposed the following four strategies for higher vocational colleges:(1)set better-defined objectives for talents development;(2)improve curriculum structure;(3)develop a diversified teaching staff team;(4)develop high-quality bases for practical training and internship.
